
L3 Tumbling (Thursday) - Drop-In
Build power, strength, speed, and technique in your tumbling skills!
Service Description
Level up your tumbling skills with quality reps, drills, spotting, and expert feedback from your coaches! The level 3 class will focus on back and front tuck shaping, set technique, running and standing tumbling power, along with advanced running tumbling skill connections (Aerials, flysprings, front-handsprings). Standing tumbling progressions will focus on multiple back handspring connections, adding jumps to standing tumbling, and standing back tucks. Athletes should have mastered multiple back handsprings connections in running and standing tumbling before registering in the L3/4 tumbling class. Athletes with round-off single handspring, or single standing back handspring should consider the L2 tumbling class that will work to introduce advanced back handspring connections.
Upcoming Sessions
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Make-up classes and/or refunds are not given for missed classes due to vacations, illness, injuries, poor weather, personal scheduling conflicts, etc., but will be arranged if a class is cancelled due to an unexpected gym closure (e.g. for unsafe travelling conditions). If your athlete is injured and can’t participate fully, our coaches can provide safe conditioning and flexibility training to allow them to continue to train in a modified way.
