Our adult Try It class was a huge hit and we are excited to announce that we will be offering our first Alpha Adult team led by Coach Sarah Herriot starting Sept 20!

The team is open to any adults aged 18+ (born 2007 or earlier) and there is no experience required. The focus of the team will be on fun first, followed by fitness! The team will learn the foundations of the sport and will put together a routine to perform in the Masters L2 NT division to compete at OCF Provincials on the weekend of March 7/8 (one day only with the specific date announced following the release of the general schedule). Participants who would like to train but do not want to perform will have the option to do so - You can select your enrolment type at check-out.

Practices will run on Saturdays from 4:30 - 6:00 PM.

All-inclusive registration for the full season (including insurance, music, choreography, training and facility use, competition fees, team photo, and a Season 3 t-shirt, which athletes will compete in) is only $675 + HST ($575 for non-performance option).
